Returns & Exchanges

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 30-day Return Window: You can return items purchased from atoleajewelry.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending items back.
  • Condition of Returns: To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging included (including gifts).  
  • Return Shipping Cost: Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.
  • Refunds: Upon a successful return, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be calculated according to the promotional discount applied to the order. Your refund may take 2-7 business days to reflect in your account. 
  • Exchanges: We offer store credit for exchanges. After a successful return, you’ll receive a personalized store credit code. All exchanges are final.
  • Gift Exchanges: Gifted items are non-refundable and can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  • Final Sale Items: 
    • Advent Calendar: Advent Calendars are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
    • Customizable Items: Customizable and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please refer to our Warranty for information on faulty or incorrect items.
    • Mystery Box Subscription: All Mystery Box Subscription orders are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date.
  • Promotion Terms & Conditions:
    • Bundles:
      • If returned together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire bundle.
      • If returned separately: Receive a proportionate refund or store credit based on the individual item's price.
    • Promotional Sets (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
      • If returned together: Receive a full refund or store credit for the entire set.
      • If returned separately:
        • B2G1: Receive an 80% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after applying the promotion.
        • Limited-time Offers (e.g., B2G2): Receive a 50% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after applying the promotion.
    • Free Mystery Items
      • Free mystery items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are exchanging a gift, please provide any of the following customer's info such as their full name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number.

If this concerns an issue with the product, please let us know so we can follow a different path in resolving that.
